Obama on National Security and Dealing with Detainees

LINK: Obama on National Security and Dealing with Detainees, Washington DC, May 21, 2009

Context:
From the days of his campaign Obama had promised he would close the detention center at Guantanomo Bay. However, once in office, he encountered tremendous push-back from both Republicans and Democrats in Congress.
